Sorry, but this competition is purely a fundraiser. The judges & "coordinator" did not select the final winners based on talent. This is NOT my opinion. This is based on fact from NUMEROUS people on and off of the board of San Ramon Valley Rotary Club.

Our family advertised this very worth while fundraiser to many, many family members & friends. We had people from all over CA come 2 yrs in a row and spent MANY hundreds of our own money to support the Rotary Club.

While we still believe strongly in the Rotary Int'l mission and purpose, we kindly request you remove our daughter's name from the "results" in this article. Not only was this not fair judging OR RESULTS, IT WAS A JOKE. So many people came up to us after the results were announced and apologized for the gross mishap and RIDICULOUS VOTING METHOD FOR 2009. The voting method for 2008 was bad enough. Don't slander our daughter's talent by posting her "5th place" on google for searches.

Maybe you could advertise this competition honestly by telling everyone on google HOW THE WINNERS WERE SELECTED LAST YR! Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. I am purely speaking the truth. You may send me a message through Jessica's Music MySpace page.
