This would never happen in Danville if Mayor Whatsitsface would take my checkpoint idea (screen out entrants based on tax bracket qualification and ethnicity) seriously.

Gang bangers no doubt. Their parents must be very proud.... if they are even in the picture.

Some people just need to be spayed & neutered when they hit puberty, to prevent evil little spawn like this.

But, hey, can't you even tell us what type of car it was, what type of stuff was stolen, etc.. Something that might give a clue about the probable mind-set of these kids.
