Fuchs suspect pleads 'not guilty'

A 19-year-old Berkeley man pleaded not guilty today to charges that he fatally shot a 17-year-old Danville boy on his front porch in January 2009 during an attempted robbery. Walter Bell has been charged with murder and second-degree robbery with enhancements for the use of a gun and committing a murder in the course of a robbery for the Jan. 20 shooting of Rylan Fuchs on his front porch in the 1000 block of El Capitan Drive.

I thought that an underaged youth (~15 yr old) acted alone... now I hear that it was a 19 yr old. Does anyone know the full story here??
