Since the article was dated Wednesday, 2/17, and said that parents, teachers, school administrators, etc. traveled today to Sacramento, am I correct in assuming that there was no school today?

I am also interested in knowing what positions and issues were specifically raised by the attendees from SRVUSD, especially if attendence on the part of teachers and administrators was essentially on "company time" (or taxpayer time, so to speak).

Obviously pleas for more money were high on the list - but was anything said about improving the effectiveness of what is done with the money?
