Incident at Baldwin Elementary, Thursday the 17th
Crimes & Incidents, posted by Derek, a resident of the Danville neighborhood, on Sep 22, 2009 at 6:04 pm

Around 6:15 or so last Thursday, we noticed two Danville police sequestering four older teenagers in Baldwin Elementary School's parking lot - and putting one of them on handcuffs. They appeared to be driving more than one vehicle, but a white two-door sedan with a black ragtop apparently belonged to the guy they put in cuffs.

We were playing on the grass area, and there didn't seem to be any type of fight or rumble unless we missed it. Booze probably was not involved, since even the most brain-dead of Danville youth would not be flashing an open container in this location. It's unlikely it had anything to do with vehicle registration either. Indeed it seemed to be a drug bust; one of the two cops were going through the white 2-door, looking under the seats.

Anyone have any info?
