Dear Editor,

Alamo neighborhoods applaud the Rotary for providing another well-planned Alamo Music Festival.

Your article contains information that lacks accuracy: "The Alamo Incorportation Movement folks were out in force, too, collecting signatures to petition LAFCO to consider the feasibility of the community incorporating."

The reality is AIM is petitioning CCC LAFCO to create a city government under the autonomous control of a town council that will plan Alamo's future without responsibility to citizens' oversight or specification for city structure and operations.
