SRV Times Editorial Cartoon
State, National, International, posted by Rick Pshaw, a resident of the Danville neighborhood, on Jul 3, 2009 at 8:13 am

Does anyone have the slightest idea what today's editorial cartoon in today's SRV Times means?

Was it the two clowns looking askance at Al Franken on the Capitol steps? If so, I think they may have omitted a caption, something like "There goes the neighborhood."

One Senator Inhofe (R-OK) called Franken "a clown" this week after he was declared the winner of the MN election. Maybe so, but Franken's good enough, he's smart enough, and doggone it -- the people of MN seem to like him slighter better than Norm Coleman.

And, as the cartoon suggests -- he's in good company!

Al Franken! I thought it was Kim Jong Il !!!

After another look, I think you may be right.

I think "Li'l Kim" is taller. ;-)
