Tri-Valley Republican Women Federated will host its 6th annual college scholarship program for local eligible high school seniors who will be attending two- or four-year academic colleges in September 2013. Students must submit an original essay of not less than 500 words on the theme, "Why Do People from Other Countries Want to Come to the United States?" in Microsoft Word format and email to mrs.w@comcast.net between April 15-19. Include home telephone number and name of school attending.
