In Art SpaceJohn Barry highlights Tate Gallery, a new art space on Railroad Avenue. A grand opening for Tate Gallery -- run by Michael Tate, a self-taught painter who plans to reinvent the art gallery as a "virtual arts festival" -- is planned for March 1.
