Mustangs take on De La Salle in rematch

First place EBAL Monte Vista mens soccer will face second place De La Salle Spartans on Thursday Jan. 24 at a 6 p.m. home game for a rematch of their tied game back in the early part of league match ups.

The Mustangs are coming off a strong performance of six straight wins and only one loss all season beating cross town rivals SRVHS and Cal High this past week. The Mustangs are 6-0-2 in EBAL and have a season record of 13-1-4.

When asked if the guys are in the 'zone', junior midfielder Mitch Peterson responded, "I don't know if it's a zone; we're all just playing soccer and having a lot of fun doing it."
