The Danville Area Chamber of Commerce will host its 2013 business kickoff luncheon on Jan. 18 at Blackhawk Country Club from 11:30 a.m. to - 1:30 p.m. Dr. Jon Haveman, chief economist at Bay Area Coucil Economic Institute, will present "What Will the Bay Area Economy do in 2013, and how will it affect your business?"
