Are you a caregiver? Give yourself a break

If you're caring for a loved one 24/7 and struggling to balance your needs with theirs, then this session is for you. "Give Yourself a Break" will be presented by Judy Kuftin, who will teach you about adult day services available in Contra Costa County. The discussion will be held Tuesday, Jan. 15 from 10-11 a.m. at the Danville Senior Center meeting room (115 E. Prospect Ave.). For details, call 314-3490.
