Earlier this month, Mayor Newell Arnerich met with residents and leaders from the San Ramon Valley to discuss cultural arts, including the wide variety of visual and performing arts opportunities, at the Morning with the Mayor breakfast meeting. Video from the Nov. 2 event is now online.

Visual Arts Coordinator Amy Miller and Performing Arts Coordinator David Lam outlined new programs recently launched at the Village Theatre and Art Gallery. The guest speakers also discussed special programs planned for the centennial celebration of the building.

The meeting series, held the first Friday of each month at Father Nature's Restaurant (172 E. Prospect Ave.) allows residents a chance to talk to Town staff and other area dignitaries about issues affecting Danville.
