Learn about general changes to Medicare on Monday

Health Insurance Counseling and Assistance Program (HICAP) staff will review general changes in prescription drug plans for 2013 and changes in Contra Costa County Medicare Advantage Plans (HMOs and PPOs). The lecture is from 7-8:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 22 at San Ramon Regional Medical Center (South Conference Room, South Building, 7777 Norris Canyon Road, San Ramon).
