Nominations open for peace awards

The Mt. Diablo Peace and Justice Center is asking residents of Contra Costa County to nominate local peacemakers for a Peace and Justice Award. Deadline for nominations is Sept. 7. Forms for nominating candidates are available at www.mtdpc.org or by calling the Peace and Justice Center at 933-7850.
