Police ask for public's help in finding missing teen

Bookmark and Share
Police in Walnut Creek are searching for a teenage girl who has been missing since last week.

Las Lomas High School student Larissa Huntsman, 16, was last seen leaving the school campus on foot shortly after 1 p.m. Friday.

Police said the teen appears to have left school on her own accord, and foul play is not suspected.

Huntsman has a condition that requires her to take medication daily, and she is not believed to have that medication with her, according to police.

She is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall and 125 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue V-neck shirt, blue jean shorts and blue sneakers.

Anyone with information about Huntsman's whereabouts is urged to contact the Walnut Creek Police Department at 943-5844.

Where is her picture so we'll know if we see her?

My thoughts exactly. Sad how little coverage this has gotten.
