A one-alarm fire displaced a Danville family Tuesday morning, according to reports.

No injuries were reported after the garage of the home at 126 Estate Drive caught fire, said Deputy Fire Marshal David Stevens. The blaze was first reported at 10:22 a.m. and was "extinguished relatively fast."

"The fire largely was contained to garage with some minor extension to attic space," Stevens said, adding that the home sustained $100,000 in damages.

Four engines, a paramedic unit, truck and three command staff responded to the scene. The cause of the first is still under investigation.
