Times Book Club Redux will meet tonight

Times Book Club Redux is from Lynn Carey's former Times Book Club and meets from 7-8 p.m., every six to eight weeks at independent bookstores in Danville/Pleasanton to discuss its current reading selection. Currently, the group is reading "My Abandoment," by Peter Rock. Meet with this group at 7 p.m., Monday, Sept. 20, at read. booksellers, 3630 Blackhawk Plaza Circle, Danville. This event is free. Call 736-6620.

Don't be shy about showing up, even if you haven't read the book. You can still participate in the discussion... lots to talk about! Plus, you can help choose the next book club selection and meeting date/location.
